You can send an animal gram to their home, business, park or anywhere your Special Person(s) may be! (just be sure to check on any necessary permission from any public/business locations in advance). It is your responsibility to assure that the recipient will be available at the location/time booked. 48-hr notice required for refund. No refund if recipient not available.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Payment non-refundable with cancellation less than 48 hours in advance. Deposit is considered a booking fee and is nonrefundable.
